Q. When will my order ship?
A. Our current shipping times are one to two weeks. Please note that is when we will ship an item, not the time frame an order will arrive from USPS.
Q. What if my tracking doesn't update?
A. If your tracking doesn't update within 21 day business days and you provide a claim number, we will send you out a new order.
Q. Can I combine orders?
A. We do not combine orders due to our high volume of orders. If you place separate orders, they will be shipped individually.
Q. What if there is an error with my order?
A. Please email us at email@example.com and we will fix the error.
Q. What's your cancellation policy?
A. You have 24 hours after an order has been placed to cancel your order. Once 24 hours has passed, we are not able to cancel your order as we have begun to process your order. During a sale we do not cancel or refund any orders.
Q. I don't like my stickers, how do I get a refund?
A. Due to the nature of our business, we do not do any refunds once an order has been shipped.
Q. Are the colors exactly as pictured?
A. Please note that these stickers are printed at home, so colors may print slightly different then what's pictured.
